At this stage, we pre-authorize your credit card and immediately verify with our suppliers that the item is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item is unavailable or backordered, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you promptly. For in-stock items ready to ship within 5 business days, we will process the payment and prepare your order for shipment.
If your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, it will ship within 5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. This email will include the tracking number and the shipping carrier details. We currently ship within the United States. At this time, international shipping is unavailable, with limited exceptions for certain products. If shipping to Canada or another location becomes an option, additional shipping fees and extended delivery times may apply. Please contact us directly to confirm if your address is eligible for delivery.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request, though additional fees from our shipping partners may apply.
